One of the highlights of the S3 symposium on Food Systems and Public Health is the "Taste of Local Fare". During this event participants offer "tastes" of their product to symposium attendees. This event provides participants with a forum to showcase their accomplishments in the area of safe, secure, sustainable food practices and provides symposium attendees an opportunity to meet the people who are leaders in the sustainable food business.
Participants will be provided with a draped tabletop at this event at which they offer "tastes" of their product to attendees. Participants include restaurants, farms, breweries, wineries, food retailers, and other food related businesses.
Attendees estimated at 300-400 people
